Robin Mirly is the Enterprise HR Career Development Lead at Daugherty Business Solutions. She is responsible for consultant development and support. Her focus areas include promotion and salary policies, improved career advising, Team Manager development and Company/Client Onboarding. She works closely and collaborates with local leaders to identify, develop and propagate best practices in areas such as reviews, career advice and coaching.
Since joining Daugherty in 2011, Robin has filled a variety of roles from Consultant to Team Manager to Client Manager. She also led the Business Alignment Practice for Daugherty’s St. Louis Business Unit.
Robin is an experienced IT professional who has over 20 years’ experience in process improvement, business analysis, management, cross-functional team leadership and team mentoring. She is a Certified Scrum Master and an IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional.
