That’s why, across our entire enterprise, Daugherty partners with United Way.
• Our Marketing & Communications team partnered with United Way of Lake County to develop their flagship fundraising and marketing video.
• Consultants at our Chicago business unit have helped them move to a new vendor to better protect the data of members and contributors.
• In both New York Area and Dallas, we’ve helped with back-to-school drives to make sure students had backpacks and supplies for the new school year!
• In St. Louis, the Daugherty band “Not For a Billion,” fronted by President and CEO Ron Daugherty himself, performs each year in the Corporate Battle of the Bands. We host a chili cook-off to gear up for it, with Team Daugherty bringing their talent and varieties of spices to the table to be judged by fellow consultants.
But our Corporate sponsorship extends well beyond fundraising events. Ron was a member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis Board of Directors for a number of years. His strong belief in the mission of the United Way is also what drove our involvement with United Way of Lake County’s Premier Leadership fundraising event. Each year, Ron has made the trip to stand side-by-side with our Chicago leadership team to support the the United Way of Lake County.
At Daugherty, we believe reaching out to help a neighbor can transform the way we think of others, whether it’s in a big way or small! From Women’s Leadership Society to the United Way Cricket Tournament to Campaign Donorships, we believe change starts with us.
