Minneapolis Announces Hiring Surge

Representatives from Daugherty Business Solutions, a premier provider of business and technology solutions, recently announced the addition of 20+ professionals to the Development Center team, as well as onsite client delivery teams. The roles they are aiming to fill include software engineers, project managers, Agile coaches and business analysts.

Last summer the Daugherty Development Center in Minneapolis announced a similar hiring initiative after being selected for several major projects in the Twin Cities, targeting 30 technology professionals in the metro area. They have since met this goal and, after key wins in the first quarter of this year, have decided to go ahead with hiring 20+ additional team members.

“We really had a strong finish to the year last year and it led right into an incredible start for 2017,” said Nick Reinbold, Managing Director of Daugherty Business Solutions Minneapolis. “Having met our hiring goal the team set last summer, we are excited to make another push to expand. Finding candidates that are as excited about solving our clients’ most challenging business problems is incredibly important to us, and we know that the Twin Cities area has a lot of talent to offer.”

Daugherty Business Solutions is currently engaged on projects for several Minneapolis-based clients as well as clients in locations across the country. The Minneapolis team’s extensive experience in the industry, ability to collaborate with other Daugherty Development Centers in St. Louis, Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas, and their Agile development practices give clients confidence that projects will come in on time and on, or below, budget. The current engagements, along with the recent projects wins, point toward continued growth for the team in Minneapolis through the rest of this year and well into 2018.
