The Atlanta Branch of Daugherty Business Solutions is proud to announce it has been named  a Top 100 Work Place for 2014 sponsored by Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Daugherty ranked #16 in the Midsize Firm Category.

More than 1,200 companies were nominated in the 2014 contest by the AJC and its partner, Workplace Dynamics.  Workplace Dynamics then surveyed the top 211 metro companies.

More than 50,000 metro workers participated in the survey and were asked to respond to a set of statements using a seven-point Likert scale. Each statement was tested to ensure a high correlation with how metro employees rate their workplaces. The goal of the award is to recognize the top companies in Atlanta with the highest employee satisfaction and to highlight those qualities that employees value most in the workplace.

The resulting top 100 list consists of 25 large companies (500 or more employees), 35 midsize companies (150-499 employees) and 40 small companies (149 or fewer employees).  These companies should be considered the best metro Atlanta has to offer.
