Dave leads Daugherty’s Enterprise Business Advisory and Technology Strategy teams. He is also responsible for the Daugherty Delivery Excellence and Quality programs.
During Dave’s 20 years with Daugherty, he has played a number of key leadership roles including the Business Unit leadership and leadership for the Anheuser-Busch software product business unit.
Dave has advised and directly led engagements with companies such as Best Buy, Target, McDonalds, ABI, Monsanto, RGA, MasterCard, Southwest Airlines, Frito-Lay, Cox Communications, Home Depot, GPC, Coca-Cola. These engagements have driven substantial business results through improved Go-to-Market strategies, Customer Segmentation, Business Product Planning, Technology Rationalization/Strategy, Technology Development Effectiveness and Business/Data Monetization Strategies.
