Andy Sweet

Vice President, Product & Innovation

Andy is the Vice President of Product and Innovation and leads Daugherty’s delivery capability across all our major markets. He works across Daugherty ensuring we provide thought leadership, business-driven technology solutions, and delivery excellence to all our clients.

Andy is a frequent speaker about industry best practices and digital transformations and serves on the Boards of prepare.ai, the Geospatial Innovation Centers, and the Board of Washington University Center for Analytics and Business Insights.

Prior to Daugherty he served as CTO for ClubReady where his responsibilities included all product, development and operational functions which led to a successful acquisition. He has also served in multiple executive roles, at IBM in a world-wide capacity as well as at startups. In these roles, Andy worked on transformations for clients such as Mastercard, State Farm, Bloomberg, AT&T, Anytime Fitness, and MCI.

Andy received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University.
