Why I chose Daugherty
I chose Daugherty because I wanted to be with an organization that was small enough that an individual’s contributions could have significant impact on both the client and the company itself. I also wanted to be with a company with a family-like atmosphere where I could feel comfortable chatting with anybody at any level in the organization.
Shining Moment
Several years ago, I was lucky enough to work with some of the other early pioneers of Daugherty’s RPM approach. After we had had a couple projects under our belt and had really honed the process, the Elaboration and Construction phases of a project we were working on went so quickly and efficiently that the Project Sponsor told us that we were referred to as ‘the Ferrari team’ within his department.
My typical day
On any given day, I act in the role of Engagement Manager, Facilitator, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Tester. I enjoy the variety.
