Office: St. Louis, MO
Why I chose Daugherty
When I first moved to St. Louis I worked for a staff augmentation consulting firm and didn’t see much professional growth. So in 1997 I came to Daugherty and my career has really progressed while I’ve been here. Daugherty has supported me as I explored my interests and developed my technical expertise and people management skills through training and mentoring. Over my 11 years, I have learned a lot from the people I have worked with, and they have all played a part in the growth of my career.
Advice to new employees
Take control of what you want to do with your career and don’t just wait for it to happen.
Outside the office
I enjoy playing and coaching basketball, reading, and spending time with my family.
