Orientation and On-boarding
Our comprehensive orientation program teams you with a mentor and provides a follow-up schedule to ensure an easy transition to Daugherty. When you join a team at client site, you will work with an engagement manager who will help you navigate the client environment.
Training
We provide in-house training on technical topics and consultative topics. We have training labs that can be accessed remotely or at our development centers. Classes are after hours or delivered in a lunch-and-learn format. You are encouraged to work with your Line of Service Leader to develop an individual customized training plan.
Safari Books Online
All employees have access to Safari Books Online, the world's widest selection of searchable technical and business books available as a reference and learning platform.
Certification SupportDaugherty sponsors study groups and offers training support for consultants who are working on Microsoft, Java, PMP, and other certifications.
Tuition Reimbursement
Daugherty offers a tuition reimbursement plan. Employees work with their Line of Service Leaders to determine appropriate curriculum and design a continuing education plan.
