Project Managers
Daugherty Business Solutions is looking for
Project Managers who want to build their careers as key members of a
growing, successful company.
Daugherty Project Managers are responsible for managing software
development team efforts for a variety of Daugherty clients. He or
she will collaborate with senior level business and technical
leaders to ensure project success and will plan and execute plans to
manage various aspects of project realization including scope,
quality, schedule, cost and risk.
The successful candidate will have a track record of serving as
the project manager on projects that were delivered on time, within
budget and meeting all requirements. He or she will ideally be
experienced with formal software development methodologies, be
capable of creating and reading UML diagrams, understand relational
database concepts, have a minimum of 3 years programming experience
in an object-oriented environment and have at least a Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or Business. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills are essential.
