Daugherty Software Engineers will work with leading companies to assess their custom software development needs, will create innovative solutions, and will be part of a team responsible for the successful delivery of the optimal solutions.

Successful candidates should have:

• A strong software development background with cumulative Java/J2EE experience totaling a minimum of 2 - 10 years.
• Cumulative Object-Oriented Programming experience totaling a minimum of 3 years.
• Solid experience in Client-side J2EE technologies such as JSP, Servlets, Domain Object Model, Struts, etc.
• Proficiency with Server-side J2EE technologies such as EJBs, Session Beans (Stateful/Stateless) and Entity Bean (Bean Managed/Container Managed).
• Solid knowledge of Industry Standards, Frameworks, and J2EE Design Patterns.
• The ability to utilize leadership skills to lead a team of 2-6 developers.
• Solid experience in database design and development.
• B.S. or higher degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related area.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
